Kenneth Edward Lee was born in Chester on July 27, 1956. You will always be remembered for your kindness and good heart. you were and are one of the best people we have ever met and we are proud to have been able to have had you as a brother-in-law and a wonderful Uncle to our children Karen and Ashley
